These are the terms on which we sell the Service to you. By subscribing to the service on the Website, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not click on the subscribe button, you will not be able to complete your order. By purchasing the Service, you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 and you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use the Website in accordance with all of the terms and conditions.

Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Services;

We can make changes to the Service which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulatory guidelines. We may notify you of these changes, if we feel it is necessary for your continued use of the Service.
Fees and charges include GST at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.
You agree that we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Service. The Service can be billed by Credit Card, Debit Card, Prepaid Card, PayPal, and Amazon where available. The charge for the Service will appear on your chosen payment provider's statement.

The Service is supplied on a subscription basis. You will be charged at a reduced trial rate for a 24-hour trial period after which you will be billed at the full rate and at the frequency advertised on the Website. A reminder email will be sent 3 days prior to billing, with instructions in case the subscriber wants to cancel.
The Supplier starts charging members for the monthly subscription fee and any applicable taxes and fees associated therewith on the day that the trial period expires unless the member has cancelled the subscription correctly in accordance with the conditions.
We want you to be happy with the service that we provide. If, in the first 30 days you decide that the service is not what you expected or as advertised, you may contact us for a refund of any charges incurred (excluding any promotional trial fees).
Customers can cancel their subscription immediately directly through the website under the section "Account Info" when they are logged into their account. Alternatively please send an email to support@usavehiclecheck.com. If emailing us to request a cancellation, please ensure you have the correct email address, name and address you used during your registration.
The Supplier reserves the right to delete or modify accounts, which have, according to the site, a behaviour irreconcilable with its principles or with other subscribers' interests. Subscribers are only allowed to use the Website for private use. It is thus strictly forbidden to use the site for professional, advertisement, and promotional or commercial purposes.
Copyright laws protect all rights to immaterial property of the Supplier such as brands, copyrights, texts, pictures and logos. Subscribers are not allowed to use these rights either directly or indirectly by copying, reproducing or using part of the site without prior written permission from the Site Operator, as this will constitute a breach of the mentioned rights. Actions that violate the Site Operator's immaterial rights will be counteracted with an injunction from the tribunal without warning.
We may terminate the Contract or suspend the Service at any time without a written notice of termination or suspension to the other if that other commits a serious breach, or series of breaches resulting in a serious breach, of the Contract. On termination of the Contract for any reason, any of our respective remaining rights and liabilities will not be affected.

However, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information contained on the website or other means of electronic delivery, and shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage howsoever arising. We reserve the right to make changes to the Service or alter any content at any time without notice.
The Contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of the state of Florida, USA.
